As of now, we have two types of singles events:

• Speed Dating: Fast and fun! Enjoy some mingling plus 8-10 mini dates based on your preferences. It’s the perfect way to spark connections without all the pressure!

• Singles & Friendship Socials: With unique themes, fun activities and low-pressure vibes, they're a great way to authentically meet new people and build your MinnSOTA community.

Fun, simple, and easy!

• Agenda: 30 minutes of mingling, then enjoy 8-10 speed dating rounds (5-7 minutes each) with a break midway. We make it easy to connect with each date! Stick around after the event to chat more if you'd like.

• Pairing: We use advanced matchmaking technology to pair you based on a quick pre-event questionnaire.

• Getting Your Matches: Mutual matches are notified 1-2 hours after the event, so you can keep the convo going.

Each event will revolve around different themes and activities. These are established to ensure a low-pressure environment that brings mixin’ and minglin’ to life with games, interactive activities, and conversation prompts making connecting with others easy. To top it off, each guest can check their LIVE event compatibility score utilizing our matchmaking technology. Send “likes” throughout the event and receive your mutual matches just hours later!

Be sure to check event details on Eventbrite as each event/social/mixer may have a different purpose, theme, agenda, & vibe!

Photo ID: A valid license or another form of ID may be required to enter the venue and for check-in.

Charged Phone: Most events utilize a web-based app that will require you to use your phone’s web browser.

YOU: The most important of them all! Bring your individuality, confidence, and come ready to mingle!

Think first date vibes that represent your authentic & truest self. Each event may have a slightly different agenda and venue, and we want to ensure that never takes away from what makes you feel confident & comfortable.

All events that are specific to an age/gender ticket type should be purchased based on your own personal age, gender, and orientation — not the age, gender, and orientation that you are interested in.

This ensures that each event is balanced and leads to the best experience for each guest attending.

Running late? We certainly get that life happens! If you’re over 20 minutes late you may miss the first round or so.

Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 7 days in advance for a refund or ticket transfer—this policy is used to keep all events appropriately balanced.
